Tanstack start debugger

Hey, I am trying to debug tanstack start using webstorm integrated debugger and I am getting pretty weird behaviour. When I update file and hit save, debugger stops on the line on image 1. However it doesn't stop on my actual breakpoint. I also tried to debug other vinxi app to rule out it's vinxi issue and here it's working as expected. Anybody tried that? 🙏
