Hello could you answer some questjons for me?
who is your isp
What region are you from
which server do you play on
and what country are you playong from
my region is EU
the servers I play on are Dubai and Bahrain (I also play on APAC mumbai) my country is pakistan Im not sure about isp I get net from a local supplier

And your issue is a known issue and riot is completely aware of this, kanji-San has given an ETA on the fix which is 24 December
so something is up with the servers?
