My Account Has Been Blocked
It was detected that I was partnering with an enemy player in a PUBG Mobile Erangel Winter Adventure match and I have received a 1 day account ban. I would like to state that I did not violate this rule intentionally. In order to avoid repeating this mistake again, I kindly request that you reopen my account!
Solution
Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service . Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
