500 error code when I login to Epic Games

I used the login method both in Heroic and in browser, every time after login I will be redirect to https://www.twinmotion.com/id/error?errorTitleCode=error.500.title&errorCode=error.invalidClient.wrongParameters And also the same condition happened when I manually login, but if I go to https://www.epicgames.com/ after that, I was logged in (like the photo)
