Epic logged in but not completely

Hello,
If I go to the epic store and choose skip that I am not logged in, the store will open with a logged in account. However, if I go to account management, I am not logged in.
I do not see games from epic in the library.
Is there any way to fix this?

when you go account management and it says you are not logged in, what happens if you click the button to login?

I try to log in and I get this circle and then the login page and I'm not logged into account management.

It doesn't work on its own either.

The problem was simple and complicated.
All I had to do was disable ipv6, because for some reason it was preferred.
I discovered it by accident because I decided to just check.
