Empty folders

Something is odd, my thumbnails and encoded videos folders are empty even. Please see below for my docker compose and env Docker compose https://pastebin.com/DRcVKYE7 Env https://pastebin.com/JNn2qGVk THUMBS_LOCATION=/nvme/thumbs/ PROFILE_LOCATION=/nvme/profile/ ENCODED_VIDEO_LOCATION=/nvme/encoded-video Those three are empty, but I can see that I have thumbnails, also I can seen in log that video encoding is working on the videos and there are no errors. Then my question, where are they then?

I was under impression that in video encoded I should have video files? Also there should be thumbnails in thumb folder, unless I am wrong?

I don’t understand your question Have you explored the folder?? You say the “folder is empty” , this is clearly not true

I will, once I am back at home 30 min Can't work on the phone lol ok I can see everything now, how is it possible that when I check it on the nas itself(to check how much space they take) i see empty folders?

You’re not using the NAS for thumbs right? So why would they be there

My configuration NAS(HDD - photos, NVME - cache thumbs, encoded videos) - server with immich(nvme with database) hence why I can see folder with thumbs on my NAS 🙂 DB_DATA_LOCATION=/app/immich/ SERVER-NVME UPLOAD_LOCATION=/qnap/data/immich NAS - HDD THUMBS_LOCATION=/nvme/thumbs/ NAS-NVME PROFILE_LOCATION=/nvme/profile/ NAS-NVME ENCODED_VIDEO_LOCATION=/nvme/encoded-video/ NAS-NVME
