Unable to get www. redirect to work

Error: Hi, I'm trying to set up the www. direct for my site (anre.ai), but am having issues even though I setup a CNAME which should be directing to it. The site without www. (so https://anre.ai) does work however. I tried turning off the proxy but it didn't work so I turned it back on.
