Barony doesn't launch (Arch Hyprland)

I noticed the error line saying

wayland not available

wayland not available

wayland not available but I couldn't find a solution to that. I tried changing it to x11 using some environment variables and that didn't help

disable the DXVK-NVAPI option, that's only for nvidia cards and you are on amd

well that was pretty funny oversight.
I disabled it and wiped the prefix clean.
still got an error though

I tried using proton instead but the error is even more confusing now
