I need help fixing this issue
I loaded up my game after a long time thinking nothing would be wrong and every 5 seconds that i was playing it would stutter for 3 seconds then i could play again just for 10 seconds later for it to stop again until i had to restart my pc even after i close off the game AND the launcher it would do the same for my youtube and other games, now its just the video quality thats terrible please lmk if u can help please
