new users can't log into immich on umbrel
Hi. I've set up Immich on my Umbrel Home and it works perfectly for me. I am now trying to add my kids as users so they can store pics and free up space on their iPhones. I've added them just fine, on the server, but when they try log in on the mobile app they get the error 'app major version is not compatible with the server'. Both server version and mobile version are updated to V1.123. I'm sure I'm missing something simple but I just can't get it to work.

In order to be able to effectively help you, we need you to provide clear information to show what the problem is. The exact details needed vary per case, but here is a list of things to consider:

Yes. it works on my own phone. I'm using the same URL for my daughters phone as my phone
Whats the URL youre using and what happens when you use that URL in the mobile browser?

The first picture looks like Umbrel is doing proxy auth, i.e. an additional auth/login process before the actual application. The Immich app does not support that

That's generally the case, yes. If you can just disable that it also works though
