Whats the easiest way to install dolphin plugins?

idk if dolphin has a "local" way to install them that does not involve the

/usr

/usr

path (except /usr/local/usr/local)
if they have to go in a location in

/usr

/usr

or they are version specific then use rpm-ostree and slow down your updates or make a custom image.
