Photos taken with 1 user are added to 2 user upload locations

I've got 2 users set up. We have partner sharing enabled. Both are set to upload photos from the phone to Immich. When I take a photo with my user, I see the photo twice in my timeline. If I click on the assets and view the filepath, one of the photos is in my upload location (i.e., upload/user1/...) and the duplicate photo is in the other user's upload path. What could be causing this duplicate upload to the other user?

But the photos are duplicated, uploaded to BOTH locations. I would only think that the partner's photos would show in the timeline, not be uploaded to each person's individual library Like, there are 2 identical files in the upload directory, one for each user.

are you somehow on a shared icloud account or something like that

No. On android and we have separate accounts with cloud photo backups disabled

Check the file details in your immich, anything to spy there?

Well, I think I figured it out. I logged into the other account on my phone last night to troubleshoot something.... False alarm, user error 💀
