rockstar games dont detect RDR2 installed

hi, this is my first post here, i dont really know if is this a related HGL problem, but when first installing Read Dead Redemption 2 via HGL (bought the game via Epic Games) i cant open the game, it promps me to the installation of Rockstar Gmes launcher (that i already installed), but when signing in, it wont detect the game installed, even scaning it, rockstar dont detect it. I tried to launch the game offline and see if i can play without connecting to rockstar games, but i cant. I have HGL in my main drive (SSD), while RDD2 is installed in my second drive (HDD). Any suggestions? I also tried to open in it via Steam by adding it from HGL, but it will prompt me again to the Rockstar Games Launcher and wont detect the game installed. Im running it on Arch Linux, with Proton-GE-Proton9-21

ill look it up, ty so i download this fake epicgames.exe? and do this as you said? 1. download the .zip file 2. extract the .exe file from inside the zip 3. rename it as
EpicGamesLauncher.exe
EpicGamesLauncher.exe
4. copy that .exe file inside the RDR2 install directory (next to the PlayRDR2.exe file) 5. change the content of the
fix.bat
fix.bat
to
start "" EpicGamesLauncher.exe PlayRDR2.exe %*
start "" EpicGamesLauncher.exe PlayRDR2.exe %*
correct me if im wrong

yes you have to set the fix.bat as an alternative executable in the game's settings too
