Mesa Vulkan Drivers fail to update on Distrobox Topgrade

Running topgrade either from shell or system update button from GNOME ui fails to update 'broadcom_icd'
Since the error says the resource is busy, i tried running from a fresh restart but to no avail

Is there a way to update this package? fuser returns nothing on that file so i'm also unsure what is making the file busy for the rename
