Can no longer access winecfg

I opened winecfg from settings in Heroic for a few games, disabled a library, and now I can't open winecfg any more for any game. Is there some way to open winecfg again?

I'm not sure what the secret is. But after changing to different proton versions in the game settings I can sometimes access winecfg
