How do I unban an account? For more than 1 month I sent help to the service to lift the penalty on my account, I always got an unclear response. the problem has not been solved, even the service staff cannot remove the punishment properly. If the appeal you sent through https://pubgmobile.live/support has been rejected then that means the penalty on your account will not be reduced or lifted.
