Games do not appear into the library after buying them from the epic store
I recently ordered a few free games from the epic store within the launcher and they failed to appear in my library after downloading (The sims4, Wuthering Waves and HSR). Instead, I was prompted to download the launcher for the game (the msi package). Disconnecting from my account, brought two of the games back in the library but Wuwa is still not in the library. How can I bring the game in the library? I noticed I cannot unbuy a free game from the epic store.

check in settings > logs > epic/legendary, it should show you what it detects in your account

maybe try clearing heroic's cache in settings > advanced

I remember a month back or so I could install the game but not load it, and it did show in the library
but seems like they put a tighter grip on it now

It shouldn’t disappear from the library if you already had it. Try logging out and back in again

For example, Fortnite is visible in the library but completely unplayable
If it was removed from the library, presumably on the Epic Store side, we may be into edge case territory

legendary lists the game in the logs, so it is in the account and heroic should show it
have you checked the
categories and the filters dropdowns to make sure nothing is being applied?adverse-sapphireOP•6mo ago
ok I have done that and indeed sth was checked, (show non-available games)
