i am getting this error while launching ksp , first time doing it so unable to figure out what to , yes i did log out and log back in

try to reinstall your wine-ge and launch it again. It seems like the wine version is corrupted

ok nvm i installed steam and launched through it and it works now

that error from the screenshot gets fixed if you install wine dependencies
Install Wine Dependencies by following this guide
If this does not immediately resolve your issue, you might also have to delete your Wineprefix (by default it's in
~/Games/Heroic/Prefixes/default/<game name>)
Alternatively, you can use the Flatpak version of Heroic: https://flathub.org/apps/com.heroicgameslauncher.hgl
