Random "Error during homing (....): Communication timeout during homing" at start of prints and VAOC

I have had a lot of random errors when I start prints. It can be on X, Z or beacon (never had it on y), I see no pattern on what or why this happens. It can happen anytime from the first homing of xyz - to the last homing before printing.

I'm then not able to start the print again until I restart the printer. If I use emergency stop to to this (easy one click to reboot(reset everything) and start the print again, it will start the print (after doing this 1-5times). Nothing has been changed during this process to start the print.

I can do all kinds of homing outside of prints without any problems, and have tried homing zyx and z-tilt before starting print without any luck. I found some other treads about this, but no solution to my problem.

Any tips on what to research to fix this?

Solution

I found an earlier post on lowering resolution on my cameras, and this seems to work for me. I haven't had any problems for a week after lowering the resolution to 640x480
