Not able to add payment method
Hello, I am having an issue with adding a payment method through the billing page. For some reason it just keeps rejecting it.
The first error I receive in the console is a 1208 error ("Add a payment method to the account. The specified account does not have a payment method.") I get this error just by visiting the payment page, didn't even do anything yet.
When I try to submit a payment method I get a 401 unauthorized on the https://challenges.cloudflare.com url and also the 1208 error again.
I made a new account just to see if I could add a payment method and I could. So I know the problem exists with this account. I already have an open ticket ( 01327418 )... but for some reason the tech support marked it "resolved" after I just provided details. Yes I've tried multiple browsers, disabled extensions, cleared cache, cleared cookies.
