I can't find my Stardew valley savegame

I got myself Stardew Valley on GOG, since I wanted to try that launcher. after playing for a few hours I wanted to keep playing on my Steam Deck, where I realized that my savegames aren`t transferred from my linux pc to my Deck. Learned my lesson, never going GOG again. Now I bought the game again on Steam, but I can't find the save file from Heroic aka GOG. The only thing in the .config files is the really empty Steam safegames folder, but no trace of my already existing game. I really need some help here.

Save file sync isn't a thing for Linux-native games. Running the Windows version of the game on both devices should work just fine

How do I switch from Linux-native to Windows?

If you're using Heroic as a Flatpak, your config folder will be in ~/.var/app/com.heroicgameslauncher.hgl/config/ The game's save file should then be in StardewValley/Saves relative to there You can only change this when installing the game (so you'd have to re-install the game on Heroic)

Thank you, I was able to copy my savegame from heroic to steam manually and it seems to work.
