How do you find staff?
Been running a server for a while now and we have lovely community with people who assist and help when able, but i want someone who would be able to take on more and have it be a dedicated paid role. I just dont know where to start when looking for staff.
Im looking for someone who can keep the plugins up to date, moderate, and plan events. this can be the same person or multiple people.
