All integration have been set up but nothing working
and nothing in my logs

Hey send your docker compose configuration.
Under the configuration for the Jellyseerr app, did you navigate to Integration; then configure Jellyseerr with an API key?
You will need to do the same for Adguard Home to get the DNShole widget to show material
