Xbox Voice chat bug? Anyone know how to fix?

Does anyone know how to fix the voice chat bug on Xbox?
I’ve tried literally everything online and deleted and reinstalled multiple times.
I can talk in voice chat but can’t hear anyone else in game chat even when my whole team is talking.
