BaseLime.io - Invite Contributors not working.

Hi I am an Admin of a BaseLime.io account and I am trying to invite another person into the account but the user never receives an email or invitation.

Do you have to be a Owner to invite users?

Also is "Guest" access "read-only" access? I cannot find any information on this.
