Immich behind reverse proxy (BunkerWeb)

I got Immich running on Docker with a compose file. When i got to the internal IP address everything works fine. To access it externally i got a reverse proxy (BunkerWeb) that should make it accessible from the internet. The iOS app works fine with this setup. But the webbrowser doesnt work correctly, users are unable to login. If i compare the logs when trying to login externally and internally, i see that internally it reaches the Immich Docker and i can see a websocket being created which doesnt happen when users use the external URL. I got multiple application/websites running behind BunkerWeb with a websocket and these work fine. So im looking for support on how to get Immich (secure) behind a reverse proxy. I have looked at the documentation, but not a working solution yet. If you need more information, let me know.

Hi, I’ve heard of bunkerweb but I don’t think anyone here uses it Overall immich is very simple to proxy. Web sockets are used for the web UI but not required for login, only for the status display in bottom left once logged in . So there’s probably an additional issue of some type
