OBS Recording settings[HELP]
Im confused with the new rate controls and even when i watch epos's videos still kinda lost,
I have a second PC with a elgato mk.II
RTX 4060
I7 9700K
32gb of ram
So i put it as
Recording Format : Hybrid MP4
video en: NVIDIA AV1
Audio En: PCM 32 bit
im just lost on rate control and target quality and Max bitrate
