Heroes of Might and Magic 3 from GOG not opening

https://0x0.st/8iv5.log It worked ok before (maybe 6 weeks ago). Now after clicking play it thinks for a bit and does nothing (play button disables at first and enables again in a bit). Map and campaing editor works.
