i tried re log in, clear cache, and reset heroic and nothing happen

Describe the bug TL;DR: Heroic is using PowerShell on Windows, which calls a user's $PROFILE, and some things (like oh-my-posh) can interfere with Heroic. Please use -NoProfile to prevent this....

nahhh actually i found it the problem
for me oh-my-posh is not the problem, the problem is function and cowsay.

@xCIIII so basically inside my powershell config file i remove some of the function. for example i remove the function "function chris-tools" and "cowsay" in my powershell config file
and if you have oh-my-posh installed that might be the problem too as shown on this github issue

you got your log file?
if still doesnt work i would recommend you to open new support post and show your log files, the admin will help you instead. im sorry but i'm not expert here
settings > log > heroic > show log file in folder
