Need help being able to play val

So I'm going to write the message below but quick summary (I can't open val for more than 5 minutes

So after trying to open up val it will load everything's fine till 2 minutes in this will pop up(the error says This build of vanguard is out of compliance with current system settings) then when I click ok Val will automatically shut down and I don't know how to fix it I tried uninstalling valorant multiple times that haven't fixed it Then how is says see the vanguard notification center in the tray for more details I check the tray(which I assume is bottom right when at the home screen) I don't see it their like nothing about vanguard just that riot games is opened
