301-redirect from homepage

I have followed the tutorial for setting up a redirect system on Cloudflare, and my website works fine when accessed. It automatically redirects to the link I pointed to. However, the issue is that Google Console still doesn't detect the 301 redirect from the homepage. Could you please guide me on how to resolve this?
