ROG Ally - Poor audio quality using "ROG Ally" output

Bit of a weird issue, but I've confirmed it seems to do it in both desktop and gaming mode. The sound using the "ROG Ally" Input seems to be muffled, almost as if its really low bitrate. Using the "Family 17h/19h/1ah..." device as an output sounds perfect and like what I am expecting.

I've already checked and its not a volume issue where the Family output is low volume, so I've maxed that and tested with "ROG Ally" and am still hearing the lower quality sound and cant really explain why.

So far it seems like its both the headphone jack as well as built in speakers, but the speakers sound less tinny on the "ROG Ally" output so the EQ does seem to help the speakers out though using my headphones or IEM's it sounds far worse.

I'm unsure if this is by design - if so is there a way to remove the EQ on the ROG Ally output (if possible only when headphones are connected) or disable it outright and have the Family output be the one that is used when bazzite launches?

Edit: Confirmed its on the latest update as of 9 Jan 2025 - bazzite-deck image / Stable F41.20250106 / Kernel 6.12.8-201.bazzite.fc41.x86_64. BIOS Version if needed is RC71L.341
