EA app can't connect, error INST-14-12157

I don't know where to find the logs for the EA app, but here are the logs for Heroic, which I don't think are very useful here. I've also tried using the Lutris app for installing the EA launcher, but that ends up with the error in the 2nd picture. I click "Run Update", a console window opens and says "there is no update". How do I get Battlefront 2 to run on Linux if I own it on Epic Games?
