Gog Log In Library
I've recently got a new gaming computer with Geforce RTX and have been setting things up with it, such as Heroic and my accounts on Amazon, Epic, and Gog. However for some reason no matter what I do to log into Gog within Heroic, my library within Gog doesn't show up. Something that never happened with Amazon or Epic, is there something I could do to fix this problem?
(P.S. despite the launcher saying that I need to log in through managed accounts, the store shows me logged in anyway in the image provided)

check logs in settings > logs > gog/gogdl after it fails to log you in

This is what I've found, is this because I don't have gog downloaded in my pc?

some antivirus applications can delete the
gogdl.exe file by mistake
so you'd have to:
- first check your antivirus and add an exception for that file
- then reinstall heroic
if the antivirus needs a path to ignore, you can see the full path of the exe file if you scroll to the right in that logtypical-coralOP•5mo ago
Oooh. Yup, it was Malware bytes, it mistook two files of gogdl as malware
I don't understand why it would do that

it's a false positive, it happens sometimes with antiviruses
