Unable to play VA-11 Hall-A: Cyberpunk Bartender (GOG)

It installs with HGL, but won't play which is the Linux version... (Don't want to use the windows version..)

Right, but you can still run the Windows version on Linux (through Wine/Proton) Usually the Windows version is more up-to-date and has more features (Linux versions, especially when they were created years ago, often don't work anymore)

Yeah this game wants an old version of a library. Can't get that anymore You could either screw around with the "Use Steam Runtime" option in Heroic (although I'm not sure whether it works in the Flatpak version), or just install the Windows version of the game & use that

For what reason? I pretty much new with Linux here dude so makes me a young penguin chick here..... Steam Deck is my gateway to Linux... Thanks for the tip with give it a try... 😎 And it works.. Thanks dude... 😎

Windows version of the game will probably let you use cloud saves for that game, idk if you care

May test it out, but more wondering if I can earn achievements for GOG games like it Epic Games with HGL if there a planned update in the future?

you can if game supports it but that usually applies to Windows versions of games only people don't ship libGalaxy64.so for Linux native builds, as there is no GOG Galaxy on Linux
