Issue with Amazon Prime Games
There are several Neo Geo games that I got through Amazon games that I am no longer able to play and I’m not sure why.
I uninstalled the games and signed out of my account and signed back in.
I have attached some screenshots in the hope that it may lead to a solution.

what do you mean you can't play them? you can't install them or after installed you click the play button and some error happens? or you click the play button and then nothing happens?

I can’t play them because it will say it’s not available even though it’s installed. So I figured I would uninstall the game, sign out of my account, sign in and those games should reappear. That’s what I thought would work at least.

ok, let's focus on one single game
- are you able to reinstall the game? or that fails?
- after installing the game it shows up as unavailable? or it shows up fine and unavailable after a restart?
- if you go to
/home/deck/Games/Heroic, is there a folder for the game there?ambitious-aquaOP•5mo ago
Ill check that and get back to you
So far, I clicked on the game and hit the 3 vertical dots and selected, 'Verify and Repair' and that seems to work.
