Can't join my foxomy server.
Hello everyone. I am new to this so thank you for your patience.
I just purchased a minecraft server from foxomy. I made sure to start the server and it ran the initial install script. I restarted the server after that. The server is up and running.
I go to minecraft and enter the correct IP and port number but in minecraft it says unable to ping and when I try to connect it fails.
I don't see any settings in the pterodactyl panels that would indicate allowing external connections.
I am on PC on v1.21.51 bedrock. I appreciate any help and thank you in advance.
