Why is the game not letting me switch skills?
I can’t change skills, I don’t even have option anymore ever since I got the nature element from combining it at the element clash event
Solution
We’ve received feedback from some players about being unable to set their elemental ability after entering a match. This is a known issue caused by the pre-selection from the 'Elemental Clash' event. A patch to improve guidance will be released today.
Here's a guide:
We take your feedback seriously. If you synthesize elements in the game lobby under the [Elemental Clash] event, you can select the corresponding elements for the match through the event page.
Once you choose elements through the event page, the system will display your selected elemental arts on the Spawn Island page by default & you won’t be able to change them. This is working as intended.
If you need different elements, you can either select new ones through the [Elemental Clash] event page or cancel the selection. After canceling, you may choose elemental arts freely on the Spawn Island. We hope this helps clarify the issue.
