Yes it happens every time the net is out
Again I have the majority of my games safe and the others for many reasons are not so no need to close or do anything as long as it's a heroic issue not a game, I got it no help with cracked games fine but this is general.

That's what I was about to suggest.
Heroic always checks to see whether there is an internet connection before trying to connect to anything. It seems that you're currently in a state where Heroic thinks there is a connection, but there actually isn't. You could try actually disabling WiFi entirely (or at least disconnecting from your access point), that'll for sure make Heroic realize it's offline

Any solution for it as well or can we have it in a hotfix or version just a suggestion for more efficiency in offline/no data in wifi mode
"Ignore" tells Heroic "Actually I'm not offline, act as if I am online"
So doing that while you are in fact offline won't work

they asked about a single pirated game in a thread otherwise about legitimately obtained games, that's a lock to me
i'll admit my bias against this guy, he has tried to reach out to me in DM's multiple times and won't stop pinging me or yelling at me

The issue here is that if we'd refuse to help on the basis that we're also helping with piracy, people are just gonna hide their piracy better
Think about it this way: If they, coincidentally, had asked only about legitimately obtained games (and you wouldn't have had interactions with them before), we would've helped them, and would be none-the-wiser

General issue with heroic, I had an issue with a game that is pirated you closed the thread and that's understandable but this issue is general and I had multiple examples

Didn't reach you multiple times as it was the issue with the pirated game I mentioned so don't make it bigger than it is kid.
Got my games normally got some few not and I had my reasons for it
As long as I post about my normal games as I learned my lesson before and I found this rule I assume it's okay for me to stay here
Keep yourself general and don't make it personal it is a community and it is a general issue, stick to your role and keep transparency in your actions and DON'T MAKE IT PERSONAL AS LONG IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU PERSONALLY
