I beg you help me with my Section 7 ban

I got banned for section 7 on my account and I just need to know what more proof do I need? I already sent email evidence of who logged in the account, recent purchase on 11th jan, and my logs from my compter. They've literally just closed the ticket without any response and it also took almost 2 days.
