Unnecessary Ban
Hello i have been playing Pubg on emulator since 2019 and Recently my account got banned in between the WOW match for no reason. There were no 3rd party app running in the background nor did i violate any rules of conduct. My emulator was updated. I was banned incorectly.
There must be some glitch/ error in the banning system however, i did not lose my rank and i think it is a glitch ban because my emulator was already updated. I request pubg mobile officials to kindly review my account and unban it as soon as possible

Solution
Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service . Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
