Can't comment on zeptomail, but many other providers work. I use Brevo.
looks cool but really expensive for operational use similar to Resend's price structure
Just saying statements that other solutions do not work are not true.

Zeptomail works just splendidly with the hosted supabase. I don't understand why it would fail if you self host supabase. They're just an SMTP server like any other, and their DNS seems robustly configured.
