Are other queries working, and only that specific migration failing?
I don't know if other migrations will work, as our deployment is currently on hold due to this failing migration.
If you run the same (or similar) statement in the D1 console does it work or also fail?
I haven't tried that because I don't want to break Production. Our CI/CD deploys the new (compatible) worker versions directly after the migration.
