in the game settings there's a checkbox to autoinstall DXVK, enable that and try again, share a new log if it's still failing

something is off with that log, like there's something running twice or something like that, have you tried restarting your computer?

perhaps try Whisky as the runner
20XX wouldn't run for me with Crossover 23, but it ran fine with Whisky
I can't install RL now because I'm out of space
