My phone-number is unavailable to verify my Valorant-account?

I had disconnected my phone-number from my old account months ago and yet I am still being told that it doesn't work to connect my phone-number to my newer account.

Does anyone know what I am missing?

Cause once you unlink a number you need to wait 6 months before you can link it to an account again

I remember at least three but I am not certain if the three months I remember was just from the last time that I asked about this.

Is there any way that I can see when I did unlink it precisely?

I don’t believe so, you could write a ticket to riot and ask them.
