Rocket League soft lock on startup
I know this might not be the best place for this, but I figured there's a chance the issue might have to do with heroic, so I might as well. After the game launches like regular, it goes to the press to play screen where it soft locks me. I looked through the files and found this error: RPC Error (failure): Service=Filters/FilterContent, Type=OSCS_NotConnected, Code=-1, Message=
But have no clue what the issue actually is or how to fix it. Here is the full log if needed: https://0x0.st/8oCn.log I have looked around and found others with this issue but they are all on windows or console and found the issue coming from a firewall or something similar(which I'm pretty sure is not my issue)

Wine-GE is rather old now (last release is almost a year ago) and thus might not work correctly. Please follow these instructions on using GE-Proton with umu instead:
1. Head to the Wine Manager in Heroic, click the "Proton-GE" tab, and install "Proton-GE-Latest"
2. Enable umu in "Settings" (Heroic sidebar) -> "Advanced" -> "Use UMU as Proton runtime"
Note: For a visual guide, see attached image
3. Head to the settings for your game(s) (icon on game card in library). In the "Wine Version" dropdown, select "Proton - Proton-GE-latest"

Post a new log from an attempt after switching to umu
While you’re at it, disable Use Dedicated GPU and disable offline mode
Enabling offline mode makes no sense for Rocket League

dude what
doing that made it work
it worked before when I was launching it offline
but now it works online too
the dedicated graphics card wasn't the issue
it was run game offline
how does run game offline work if it makes RL softlock when it's on if the games online?

I was first locked in Rocket League and then locked out of epic games because i hadn't accepted the new privacy policy and user license agreement. My Heroic was empty because of it.
I logged in to the epic games website on my own, accepted the new documents, refreshed Heroic, and now it's running as normal. Hope this helps (but it might be a different issues completely).
