Unpaid invoice - No "Pay now" or invoice received

Hello, I expected to receive a billing notification today. However, nothing was deducted and there is no invoice received. At the top, it says I have unpaid service, but there isn't anything to pay.
On my completely other Cloudflare account, everything was paid successfully already.
