i have a gpu and my motherboard hdmi’s aren’t working

Motherboard doesn’t do graphics since you have a gpu, it’s hdmi ports don’t work for graphic displays, because integrated graphics is off.
Your only option is to get a gpu with more hdmi ports, or get an adapter (USB-c to hdmi, USB-a to hdmi, etc).
If your GPU has a VGA or DP connection, you can also do that.
