need help with tickets
hello im questioning regarding answers and status of tickets.
basically i got hacked into my val account and the person played 2 games with 2 other people lvl 20 my account was d2 and 1 of them or the person on my account were cheating and me logging the next day my account was perma banned i submitted a ticket and they quote on quote solved it yet my account is still banned and i was not able to message any type of agent i only got to message a bot. i had nearly 2k$ on the account and i was wondering what i could do to atleast get to talk to a dev.
