What is this and how to fix it?

I'm able to get into the menu and when I press to search for a game this window pops out making me unable to play

Open command prompt as admin then type :

bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off

bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off

And show ss of the result
